Whom you are pleasing - God or world?
Meaning: Weather we know or not that we are pleasing someone. Knowingly or unknowingly we are pleasing some one by our work, deeds, talks, eating, drinking, sleeping, sitting, relationship and many more. If we are not for God than we are for world. If we not for world we are for God. This sounds ridiculous but its a fact, we can check our self and find that its true. Worldly person runs after the things of this world such as material things, house, money, friends, good carrier, eating, drinking, lust of flesh, lust of this world, lust of eyes and pride of life etc. 1 John 2:16 For all that is in the world - the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life- is not of the Father but is of the world.
Godly person runs after the Godly material things Colossians 3:2 Set your mid on things, above not on things on the earth. Matthew 6:33 ''But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. What are the kingdom material things? Prayer, worship, spiritual songs, sermons, fellowship with believers, fasting, spending time with God, reading the Word of God, dwelling in the presence of God etc. Godly person does not involve to worldly people of this world why because the worldly people has so many things of this world and there are always chance of backsliding from God.
Benefits of walking with God: There are several benefits to walk with God. Its not just like one day experience and we can say that we are in Jesus. The most and important thing is that we received Salvation which means we are saved in Christ Jesus and we will go to heaven where Jesus lives. What a joyful experience is this to men who are saved but if some one not saved or not in Christ Jesus there is also a fear weather he or she will go to heaven so we need to serious here for our salvation. We become child of God, and if we are child of God then we have right and authority for Godly things or the things belong to Jesus, any one who is poor or rich good or bad big or small crippled or bling deaf or dumb there is no discrimination in front of God, for God is God and Daddy of every one, its a big joy to accept by God as a son and daughter of God. Everlasting life is ours who believe in Jesus so nothing to worry to who are in Jesus, for they are new creation 2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore, if any;one is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold; all things have become new. So we are new now not old so nothing to worry about of this world like needs and things. We are made for to live with Jesus for everlasting life if we are in Jesus. Everlasting life means the life which never ends by any mean and method no world no devil can stop you. We are for God forever. The person who walk with God is born again christian, it means that we received Christ in our heart and soul and the Holy Spirit comes and lives in our heart and spirit. Romans 8:14 For as many are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God. No doubt when Holy Spirit comes in our life to stay we received salvation, we become sons and daughter of God and we will go to heaven. These are the benefits of walking with God and also our day to day life improved with God living inside of us. Can you imagine if one member is in Christ all others comes to Jesus one day, what a joy, the God is compassionate to every one and He don't want that any body left for hell. We have also our part to play that we have to come to Jesus and received Him in our heart and Spirit and live a life that is pleasing to God and society.
