Standing in front of congregation
Meaning: Congregation is is the word use for church members, people, crowd, group, team, gathering and assembly. We are here to talk about the christian people in one place ready to listen the Word of God. Easy word meaning of congregation is that people gather in one place called church for Sunday worship. Now people are gathering for Sunday service or church service or worship service for what purpose? Yes they are for listening the Word of God by the man of God called preacher, pastor and evangelist or many types of other men and women of God. So the question is standing in front of crowd is easy? Is it easy to preach the Word of God. Many eyes watching you preaching there in pulpit. Is there any requirement to prepare before coming to the pulpit. Yes this is important thing to understand that not only congregation need preparation to listen the Word of God, a man of God also need a kind of preparation before coming to the pulpit.
Without preparation: What happen if a man of God and a woman of God come to church building and reaching the pulpit without preparation? The worst thing is that when people listen unprepared sermon from unprepared man and woman of God, congregation fall down. It is because that truth is not there, lacking the truth of Bible result in heavy loses of soul. The truth is that this becoming business now a days, when there is no job no education people turned to preach Bible with incomplete mindset and knowledge. People becoming preachers, pastors and evangelist to earn money only, some think this is the best and easy way to earn money. Thus the result is very heartbroken because the people who listen those preachers lose the blessings, salvation and start moving to wrong direction. The glory does not come upon congregation after listening the incomplete Word of God by unprepared preacher, pastor or evangelist. Other things like if this kind of preacher, pastor or evangelist don't know the accurate Word of God for accurate time to preach problems arises. Half knowledge of everything is bad. Hesitation problem to stand in front of congregation, incomplete knowledge of Bible, not dressed as man or woman of God. This all create problem to congregation and people backslide from God. The heavy loss comes to masses not only a preacher, pastor or evangelist. We are at the end times so now its very needed to prepare our selves for other people by accurate knowledge of Bible to save souls. We have to reach and more and more souls this time and its needed indeed.
With preparation: Good looking and good dress code is not only matter to attract congregation. We are not here to use second hand method to win the heart of congregation, we are here to save souls for Almighty God. So discipline and good suitable dress code before preaching the Word is really needed. People of this world look not only face but other thing also so we can't make them fool. When you are well prepared you look confident and responsible person of God. People have many problems, congregation have may issues, how will we the man and woman of God handle those things if we are not prepare. How will we handle those things if we are not OK or lacking something? God listen to humble man and woman we all know so we need to humble in front of him, not only humble but kind, helping, loving and God fearing. A preacher, pastor and evangelist who are humble get appreciation not from God but from men too. Proverbs 3:3-4 Let not mercy and truth forsake you, bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart. And so find favor and high esteem in the sight of God and man. Now come to Word of God, there is really needed the knowledge of Word of God, if we don't know the Word of God then how will we preach in front of masses. A complete knowledge of Word of God win souls, deliver peoples, bring blessings and many more things. So we have to prepare the Word of God before standing in pulpit. In today's World every body wants pulpit why? God can use any one without pulpit not inside the church building only but outside too. The only needed things is that we have complete knowledge of Word of God. With preparation of our whole thing, most importantly the Word of God can win millions of souls or more and more uncountable but without preparation of the Word of God and selfish desire to earn money can only bring disgrace to God and downfall to us as a congregation.
Summary: God loves us so He gave His son for our sins. Its now our duty to bring back His lost son and daughter to His kingdom.
